CHESS had a vision to transform the student experience and modernize operations by reviewing and reimagining financial management, human capital management, and student services.
All five colleges will share one system, protecting personal information and managing data in a secure environment, while streamlining standardized reporting to meet state and national requirements.
With the help of CampusWorks, CHESS evaluated, selected, and implemented an enterprise technology solution strategically-designed so that students can use an intuitive system that restructures outdated administrative functions to realize the group’s vision.
The Green Mountain Higher Education Consortium is a collaborative endeavor of three (3) Vermont Colleges: Champlain College, Middlebury College and Saint Michael’s College.
Partnered together, their goal is to find ways to collaborate in administrative services common to all three institutions. The collaboration is creating greater efficiency and helping to reduce costs over the long term while increasing service levels to the students of their member institutions.
CampusWorks has held Process Reimagine and Redesign (PRR) workshops to aid in the substantive changes to their business practices.
